Reinero Blend<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

\nLos vi\u00f1edos de los cuales provienen las uvas son los siguientes:
\nMalbec de pie franco, proveniente de Finca Alto Agrelo, en Lujan de Cuyo. 70% del corte
\nCabernet Franc, proveniente de Finca ubicada en Gualtallary a 1.350 mnsm, Tupungato, en cuya zona este varietal alcanza una notable expresividad. 20% del corte
\nMerlot de pie franco, proveniente de Finca en Los Chacayes a 1.100 msnm, en el Valle de Uco . 10 % del corte.
\nEl porcentaje de cada varietal en el corte, puede variar, dependiendo de la calidad obtenida en los vinos, en cada vendimia.
\nEl rendimiento de los vi\u00f1edos nunca supera los 800 kg por hect\u00e1rea
\nLa cosecha se realiza en forma manual, en peque\u00f1as cajas de 20 kg, durante las primeras horas de la ma\u00f1ana.
\nEn la Elaboraci\u00f3n, se despalilla la totalidad de la uva y se utilizan levaduras ind\u00edgenas, la fermentaci\u00f3n en peque\u00f1as vasijas de concreto, donde la maceraci\u00f3n dura aproximadamente 28 d\u00edas y la fermentaci\u00f3n malol\u00e1ctica se realiza con la flora natural.
\nLa crianza se termina en vasijas de roble franc\u00e9s, en un 80% y un 20% de roble americano, durante 14 meses y luego como m\u00ednimo 10 meses en botella, antes de la salida de bodega para su consumo.<\/span><\/p>\n
