Exupery Malbec <\/strong><\/span>-ingles<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Elaborado con uvas provenientes de Alto Agrelo sobre 1.030 msnm, con suelos profundos, franco arenosos, cantos rodados y poca materia org\u00e1nica, sumado a uvas provenientes de la zona de Los Chacayes en el Valle de uco, donde sus suelos tambi\u00e9n franco arenosos, muy permeables por su gran cantidad de piedras y con una altitud de 1.100 msnm.<\/span><\/p>\n

El rendimiento de estas parcelas, no supera nunca los 800 kg por hect\u00e1rea<\/span><\/p>\n

La cosecha se realiza en forma manual, en peque\u00f1as cajas de 20 kg, durante las primeras horas de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este vino es elaborado con uvas de provenientes de dos zonas alejadas y muy diferentes entre s\u00ed; de Finca Los Pinos, ubicada en El Top\u00f3n, Tupungato a 1.100 msnm, con suelo franco arenoso y de Finca Alto Agrelo, a 1.030 msnm, en Luj\u00e1n de Cuyo. Buscamos con ambas, lograr una gran concentraci\u00f3n expresi\u00f3n frutal.<\/span><\/p>\n

La cosecha se realiza manualmente en cajas de 20 kg.<\/span><\/p>\n

La elaboraci\u00f3n se realiza en vasijas de concreto, fermentando la uva en contacto con duelas de roble, cuidando que la temperatura no supere los 28\u00b0C, durante al menos 3 semanas.<\/span><\/p>\n
