Exupery Malbec<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]This wine is made with grapes from two remote areas and very different from each other; Finca Los Pinos, located in El Top\u00f3n, Tupungato at 1.100 meters above sea level, with sandy loam and Finca Alto Agrelo, at 1.030 meters above sea level, in Luj\u00e1n de Cuyo. We seek with both, achieve a high concentration fruit expression.
\nThe harvest is done manually in boxes of 20 kg.
\nThe elaboration is carried out in concrete vessels, fermenting the grapes in contact with oak staves, taking care that the temperature does not exceed 28 \u00b0 C, for at least 3 weeks.
\nThe aging is carried out in used French oak vessels, for approximately 12 months.
