Nazareno Cabernet Sauvignon<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Las uvas provienen de Chacayes, Valle de Uco, a 1.100 msnm, esta cultivado sobre suelos de cantos rodados, escasa materia org\u00e1nica y muy buena permeabilidad. El rendimiento no supera los 13.000 kg x hect\u00e1rea, lo que nos permite obtener un vino intenso y con gran tipicidad varietal.
\nEn la Elaboraci\u00f3n se macera la uva en fr\u00edo durante 2 d\u00edas, se utilizan levaduras ind\u00edgena, con una duraci\u00f3n total del encubado de aprox. 16 d\u00edas. La fermentaci\u00f3n malol\u00e1ctica se realiza con la flora natural.
\nSu crianza se termina en vasijas con roble franc\u00e9s en un 80 % y de origen americano el otro restante 20%.
