Nazareno Sauvignon Blanc<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Uva de Finca La Verdad, Gualtallary, Tupungato, ubicada a 1.650 msnm, es uno de los vi\u00f1edos m\u00e1s altos de la provincia. Sus suelos son calc\u00e1reos con gran cantidad de cantos rodados, con noches y ma\u00f1anas muy fr\u00edas.
\nLa cosecha se realiza a Fines de Febrero y se lo elabora separando tempranamente las partes s\u00f3lidas del mosto, para evitar su maceraci\u00f3n. Se fermenta a bajas temperaturas en vasijas de concreto, cuidando el contacto con el ox\u00edgeno, en su crianza. La misma dura aproximadamente unos 6 meses.
