Reinero Malbec<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Elaborado con uvas provenientes de Alto Agrelo sobre 1.030 msnm, con suelos profundos, franco arenosos, cantos rodados y poca materia org\u00e1nica, sumado a uvas provenientes de la zona de Los Chacayes en el Valle de uco, donde sus suelos tambi\u00e9n franco arenosos, muy permeables por su gran cantidad de piedras y con una altitud de 1.100 msnm.<\/span><\/p>\n

El rendimiento de estas parcelas, no supera nunca los 800 kg por hect\u00e1rea<\/span><\/p>\n

La cosecha se realiza en forma manual, en peque\u00f1as cajas de 20 kg, durante las primeras horas de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/span><\/p>\n

En la Elaboraci\u00f3n, se despalilla la totalidad de la uva y se utilizan levaduras ind\u00edgenas, para la fermentaci\u00f3n en peque\u00f1as vasijas de concreto, donde la maceraci\u00f3n dura aproximadamente 28 d\u00edas y la fermentaci\u00f3n malol\u00e1ctica se realiza con la flora natural.<\/span><\/p>\n

La crianza se termina en vasijas de roble franc\u00e9s, en un 80% y un 20% de roble americano, durante 14 meses y luego como m\u00ednimo, 10 meses en botella, antes de la salida de bodega para su consumo.<\/span><\/p>\n
